EAST SYRACUSE, New York – March 08, 2022 – DUMAC Business Systems, Inc., a leading solutions provider of point-of-sale software, hardware, and equipment for the grocery/supermarket and the convenience fuel retail industries, announced today that Jamie Aiello has joined the team as Vice President Revenue, Operations, and Strategy.
In this newly created role, Jamie will be responsible for all aspects of revenue generation and continued strategic growth.

In addition to total revenue performance, Jamie will be responsible for aligning critical functions including operations, sales, marketing, customer service, and support; creating and driving DUMAC's strategic go-to-market plans; expanding efforts to capture new business and partnership opportunities; and accelerating the customer experience.

Jamie brings two decades of long-term revenue strategy growth and operations experience to DUMAC. Most recently, Jamie served as Chief Commercial Officer for GreyCastle Security, a leading provider of cybersecurity programs for the healthcare, higher education, financial services, and technology critical infrastructure industries. Jamie's technology career started as an IT Manager and progressed to VP Services and then VP Managed Services for Annese, a ConvergeOne Company. There, Jamie worked across business development, and operations of the company's multiple lines of business, achieving exponential growth.
Jamie holds an MBA from Gardner-Webb University and a BA from Le Moyne College.
